07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

09 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
11 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Using a sharp bread knife, cut the sourdough loaf in a criss-cross pattern, making deep cuts while leaving the base intact.
03 - Combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, basil, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
