06 - 1/2 cup (75 g) sliced strawberries

08 - 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
09 - Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Line a baking sheet (approx. 9x13 inches or similar) with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
03 - Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
04 - Scatter the berries evenly over the yogurt. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut, and lemon zest if using.
05 - Gently press toppings into the yogurt with clean hands or a spatula to help them adhere.
06 - Freeze, uncovered, for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
07 - Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into shards or bark pieces.
08 - Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 month.
