# What You Need:

01 - 6 large eggs

→ Toppings

02 - 1 tbsp kimchi, finely chopped
03 - 1 tbsp cucumber, finely diced
04 - 1 tbsp fresh mozzarella, diced
05 - 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
06 - 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
07 - 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
08 - 1 tsp mayonnaise
09 - 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
10 - 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
11 - 1 tsp sriracha or chili crisp
12 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
13 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Garnishes (optional)

14 - Microgreens
15 - Olive oil drizzle

# How to Make It:

01 - Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 9–10 minutes for firm yolks.
02 - Transfer eggs immediately to a bowl of ice water and let cool for at least 5 minutes.
03 - Peel the eggs and slice each in half lengthwise. Arrange cut side up on a serving platter.
04 - Top each egg half with a different combination of suggested toppings: Kimchi & chives, Cucumber & dill, Mozzarella & balsamic vinegar, Cherry tomato & olive oil, Mayonnaise & everything bagel seasoning, Sriracha & smoked paprika.
05 - Season all eggs lightly with salt and black pepper.
06 - Garnish with microgreens or additional herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
