03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla thoroughly with melted butter. Sprinkle the prepared cocoa-sugar mixture evenly over both sides.

05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning chips halfway through baking, until crisp. Transfer to a rack and allow to cool fully.
