06 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or chives
# Steps to Follow:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
02 - Stack lumpia wrappers and cut into thin strips or triangles approximately 1.18 inches (3 cm) wide.
03 - Heat the oil gently in a small saucepan over low heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until golden and fragrant for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
04 - Place the sliced wrappers in a large bowl. Drizzle with garlic-infused oil, then season with sea salt and black pepper. Toss gently to ensure even coating.
05 - Arrange coated wrappers in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
06 - Air-fry for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking until chips are golden brown and crisp.
07 - Transfer chips to a wire rack to cool. Repeat frying remaining wrappers as needed.
08 - Optionally garnish with chopped parsley or chives. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
