Creamy Horseradish Beef Rigatoni (Printable Page)

# What You Need:

01 - 300 g rigatoni
02 - 400 g ground beef
03 - 1 onion, chopped

→ Sauce

04 - 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
05 - ½ cup crème fraîche
06 - ½ cup beef broth

# How to Make It:

01 - Boil a pot of water and cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until beef is browned and onion is soft, then drain any excess fat.
03 - Stir in prepared horseradish, beef broth, and crème fraîche to the skillet. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
04 - Toss cooked rigatoni with the sauce. Serve immediately.
