# Steps to Follow:
01 - Place chicken breasts evenly in the slow cooker base.
02 - Distribute minced garlic and chopped onion over the chicken; add sliced mushrooms and frozen peas if using.
03 - Whisk heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes together until mostly smooth.
04 - Evenly pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.
05 - Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours until chicken is tender.
