Fluffy Orange Creamsicle Treats (Printable Page)

# What You Need:

01 - 1 box white cake mix (15.25 ounces)
02 - 1 box orange jello powder (3 ounces)
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh orange peel grated
04 - 8 tablespoons soft salted butter
05 - 2 large eggs at room temp
06 - 11 ounces white chocolate morsels

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Put parchment paper or those rubbery baking mats on two big cookie sheets. Put them aside for now.
02 - Grab a big bowl or your mixer bowl and stir together your cake mix, orange jello powder, and grated orange peel until they're all mixed up good.
03 - Drop in your soft butter and eggs. Beat everything just until it comes together, about 2 minutes. Don't forget to scrape the bowl now and then.
04 - Dump in those white chocolate morsels and gently stir them into your cookie dough.
05 - Use a cookie scoop (about 1 ½ tablespoons) to grab some dough, roll it into a ball, and place it on your cookie sheet. Keep going with the rest of the dough, leaving about 2 inches between each ball.
06 - Pop them in the oven for 10 to 13 minutes until the edges look done. Take them out and let them sit on the cookie sheet for about 10 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
07 - Make sure the cookies are totally cool on the rack before you serve them up. Dig in!

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Keep any extra cookies in a sealed container at room temp for up to 5 days.
02 - Want to save them longer? Put cookies in a sealed freezer container for up to 3 months. Just let them warm up before eating.
