09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
10 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Garnish

12 - 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese (optional)
13 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper to form the marinade.
03 - Add carrot, bell peppers, zucchini, and parsnip sticks to the marinade bowl. Toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
04 - Arrange the vegetable sticks on the baking sheet in parallel pairs resembling sleigh rails, alternating colors for a festive appearance.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until tender and lightly caramelized.
