# What You'll Need:

→ Skewers

01 - 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
02 - 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
03 - 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Garlic Yogurt Dip

06 - 1/2 cup plain yogurt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat a grill or oven to medium-high heat. Thread chicken cubes, zucchini slices, and red bell pepper pieces alternately onto four skewers.
02 - Brush skewered ingredients evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, ensuring all sides are coated.
03 - Grill the skewers for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Alternatively, bake on a lined sheet in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes, turning once halfway.
04 - In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.
05 - Arrange cooked skewers on a serving platter and accompany with the garlic yogurt dip.

# Important Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes before threading to prevent burning.
