Get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C). Put some parchment on a baking tray.

Dust some flour on your counter and stretch the dough into a big rectangle around 25x35 cm.

Smear the tomato sauce thinly on the dough but leave about an inch around the edges bare. Scatter mozzarella all over, lay down your pepperoni, then sprinkle parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder on top.

Starting from the longer edge, roll everything up tightly into a log. Tuck the ends under and place it on your lined tray with the seam facing down.

Brush some olive oil over the top and make 3–4 small diagonal cuts across the surface.

Stick it in your hot oven for about 20–25 minutes until it's crispy and golden brown.

Let it cool down for 5 minutes, then cut it up. Serve with extra tomato sauce on the side for dipping.
