01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and whisk until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Evenly divide the mixture into 6 clear parfait or small dessert glasses, filling each glass about one-third full. Chill for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the layer is set.
02 - In a separate bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water and mix well. Once the lemon layer has set, gently pour the orange gelatin mixture over the yellow layer, filling each glass another third. Refrigerate for an additional 45 to 60 minutes, or until the orange layer is firm.
03 - Top each parfait with a generous spoonful of whipped topping, filling the remainder of the glass.
04 - Finish each dessert with 2 to 3 pieces of candy corn placed on top.
05 - Refrigerate parfaits until ready for serving.
