# What You'll Need:

→ Salmon

01 - 4 salmon fillets (approximately 5.3 oz each), skin-on or skinless
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Pomegranate Salsa

06 - 1 cup pomegranate seeds (arils)
07 - 1/2 cup diced cucumber
08 - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
09 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
10 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
11 - Zest and juice of 1 lime
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
13 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub each fillet evenly with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Arrange fillets on the prepared tray, skin side down if applicable.
03 - Bake the fillets for 10 to 12 minutes until just cooked through and flaky.
04 - While the salmon cooks, gently combine pomegranate seeds, diced cucumber, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime zest and juice, olive oil, and salt in a medium bowl.
05 - Remove salmon from oven. Place each fillet on a plate and spoon pomegranate salsa generously over the top. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
