# What You Need:

01 - 1½ lbs (680 g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
02 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Brunch Toppings

03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
05 - 8 slices bacon
06 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
07 - 1 tomato, sliced
08 - 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
09 - 4 brioche burger buns, buttered and toasted

→ Optional Sauce

10 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
11 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
12 - 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
13 - Pinch of smoked paprika

# How to Make It:

01 - Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Set aside.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
03 - Shape ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
04 - Cook patties over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Add cheese in the last minute and cover to melt.
05 - In a non-stick pan, fry eggs sunny-side up or over-easy, keeping the yolk runny if desired. Season with salt and pepper.
06 - Lightly toast the buttered brioche burger buns until golden.
07 - Spread optional sauce on the bottom buns. Layer with spinach, tomato, burger patty with melted cheese, bacon, fried egg, and avocado slices. Cap with the top bun and serve immediately.
