Melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Mix until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined.

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, matcha powder, and flour. Mix until smooth.

Scoop portions of brownie dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add a dollop of the matcha cheesecake mixture on top of each portion. Gently marble the two with a knife or skewer. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 12 minutes.
