# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 lbs (900 g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
02 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
03 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder

→ Toppings

05 - 12 slider buns, halved
06 - 12 slices sharp cheddar cheese
07 - 12 slices cooked bacon, halved
08 - ¾ cup barbecue sauce
09 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
10 - ½ cup pickles (optional)

→ Butter Glaze

11 - 2 tbsp melted butter
12 - ½ tsp garlic powder
13 - 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat to medium-high.
02 - In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently. Form into 12 small patties, slightly larger than the buns.
03 - Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.
04 - Cook patties for about 2–3 minutes per side or until desired doneness. In the final minute, add cheddar to melt.
05 - Lightly butter buns and toast cut-side down in a skillet or oven until golden.
06 - Spread BBQ sauce on the bottom buns. Add cheesy patty, bacon, red onion, and pickles if using. Top with the other half of the bun.
07 - Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over the top buns for extra flavor and presentation.
08 - Serve immediately.
