- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange bacon pieces on the sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, gently combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, and black pepper. Portion into 12 equal balls and flatten into patties slightly larger than the slider buns.
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Sear patties for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. In the final minute of cooking, top each patty with a half slice of cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Refrigerate until needed.
- Melt unsalted butter in a clean skillet or on a griddle. Place slider buns cut side down and toast until golden brown.
- Spread secret sauce on both halves of each bun. On the bottom half, layer shredded lettuce, tomato slice, cheeseburger patty, crispy bacon piece, dill pickle slice, and a few onion rings. Cap with the other bun half.
- Serve sliders immediately, offering extra secret sauce on the side if desired.
