01 - 1/2 cup rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup whole milk
03 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
04 - 1/2 apple, diced
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a glass jar or airtight container, add rolled oats, milk, vanilla protein powder, diced apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup if using.
02 - Stir all components well to blend the protein powder and ensure even distribution.
03 - Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow oats to absorb the liquid.
04 - Remove from the refrigerator, stir again, and enjoy cold or gently heat if preferred.
