# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 375 g all-purpose flour
02 - 7 g instant yeast (1 packet)
03 - 50 g granulated sugar
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 120 ml whole milk, warm
06 - 60 ml water, warm
07 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 large eggs, room temperature

→ Apple Cinnamon Filling

09 - 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced small
10 - 70 g brown sugar, packed
11 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon
12 - 60 g unsalted butter, softened

→ Peanut Butter Glaze

13 - 125 g creamy peanut butter
14 - 60 g powdered sugar, sifted
15 - 45–60 ml milk
16 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and eggs. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until a sticky dough forms. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic (add a little flour if needed).
02 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
03 - In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
04 - Roll out dough on a floured surface to a 12x18-inch (30x45 cm) rectangle. Spread softened butter over dough. Evenly sprinkle apple mixture over the surface.
05 - Cut dough into 6 strips lengthwise, then stack strips and cut into 6 squares. Stack squares upright in a greased 9x5-inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan.
06 - Cover loaf pan and let rise for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
07 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Bake for 35–40 minutes until deep golden brown and cooked through. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
08 - Let bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
09 - Whisk peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable.
10 - Drizzle glaze over warm bread before serving.
