# Steps to Follow:

01 - Whisk together flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Incorporate egg yolks, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
02 - Roll dough very thin (approximately 1/8 inch). Cut into strips measuring 1 by 4 inches. Make a 1-inch slit in the center of each strip and pull one end through the slit to form a twisted shape.
03 - Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry angel wings in batches for about 1 minute per side until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and dust generously with powdered sugar.
04 - Arrange cooled angel wings as the centerpiece on a large wooden board or platter. Cluster candies, fruits, and meringue kisses attractively around the wings.
